The core team that produces e-Vine® is a gifted, culturally diverse group of professionals who reside in Houston, Texas. However, current technologies allow for writers, graphic designers, or programmers to contribute remotely from around the world.
Because of the contributions of these skillful individuals, a complete line of interactive material is accessible to viewers— free of charge! Only a small administrative team is compensated.
Publications in the e-Vine® library come from a host of authors. A link will be provided to showcase material which may be purchased directly from their website.
We welcome the volunteer services of retired educators and other professionals, but especially disabled veterans with basic computer skills (see Be a Volunteer).
|Marcella Willhoite, President & Founder||Member of Board of Directors|
In 1965, Marcella Willhoite and her late husband Ron, founded a publishing company in Houston, Texas, which featured a unique home study program with colorful flip charts, a variety of books, pamphlets, teaching charts, and curriculum for private schools.
After the death of Ron Willhoite in 2004, Marcella was invited to become Associate Pastor and Editorial Director of Publications for her home church, Christian Tabernacle.
Because of her heavy involvement in community advancement, in 2007 she was responsible for developing an interactive website and an educational program that was adopted by the superintendents of three public school districts in the North Channel area of Houston.
Having four savvy grandchildren of her own, this senior citizen recognized that educators are failing to capture the attention of youthful "navigators of the world-wide-web." So, in January 2008, she set out on another mission to promote motivational learning via the medium of 21st century technology. With a team of experienced associates and a diversity of skills, Marcella has now launched e-Vine® Interactive Library, which she firmly believes to be the crowning enterprise of her life.
